Which payment methods does Kiara B. Cosmetics accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards online. We accept Apple Pay and Cash in person.
I want to come with a friend — does Kiara B. Cosmetics offer package deals?
If you bring a friend you will receive $10 off your makeover. Each person should book their own makeup session. When each of you book your makeovers just put each others name in the referral section of the booking form.
What is your cancellation policy or no call/no show policy?
Our cancellation policy is half the price of your booking, however same day cancellation will be charged full price unless otherwise discussed. No call/no shows will be charged full price. Here at Kiara B. Cosmetics we value our clients time as well as ours which is why we set policies in place to ensure the respect of everyone.
Are lashes included in your services?
Yes, all of our packages include Kiara B. Cosmetics mink lashes. Please note that some packages come with a more dramatic set of lashes while others come with a more natural set of lashes. You can request a more dramatic set of lashes for a small up-charge.
Does the deposit go towards the total of the service?
Yes, your deposit will be applied to the total of the service you booked.
